home sweet home!

so only ten more days until I come home for summer!! I cant wait!! this summer is going to be amazing!!! I need to find a job though so that should be fun... but i cant wait for wicked and hawaii!! woo hoo!!

thanksgiving

Thanksgiving was amazing! I got to be home for a whole week and I had never been so excited in my life!!!!! I hung out with my family most of the time which was awesome. it was great seeing my sisters and my brother as well as my nieces and nephews.  tyler was showing us his mad turkey skills on thanksgiving day lol

im obsessed with christmas

SO being as im so obsessed with christmas and marty is such a good friend she agreed to make gingerbread houses with me :) it was way fun. we listened to christmas music and had a blast. I LOVE CHRISTMAS!!

So I went to utah over the weekend with julie and kelly and went and saw a BYU game with courtney. it was so much fun. on friday night the boys talked us into going to an indian school that was all run down and everything. it was so so so scary!!! so on the picture it says do not enter so of course we entered! it was fun but freaky. on saturday we went to the game. it was so much fun and BYU killed san diego. but I got to see alex which was amazing caz I really really miss her. that night courtney and I went and saw mama mia for the 8th time no joke. it was just as amazing as the first. courtney and I always have an amazing time together and always have something to laugh about. I dont know what im going to do in the winter when I cant just drive to utah every other weekend to see her. its going to suck! but over all it was another amazing trip to provo!!!

I dont know what im going to do without marty next semester... her and I do everything together. I love marty!!

So I had a cold over the weekend and it messed up my blood sugar pretty badly. So on tuesday I could not get my blood sugar below 500 all day and for the past three days it hadnt been under 400. so I called my specialist shirley and she said that if I couldnt get it down within the next four hours to go to the hospital. I didnt want to go at all because i wasnt sure what they could do for me but what shirley says goes... so I waited for my roommate to come home from work and she took me since my sugar was obviously to high to drive. when we got there the lady at the front desk asked my why I was there and I said my blood sugar was over 600 and she looked at me and asked if that was high or low... I was like are you kidding me its suppose to be 80... I was annoyed lol. but they got me right in and started me on an IV which the nurse had problems with. first she tried to do the top of my hand and hit a nerve which hurt sooo bad. then she tried the side of my wrist and couldnt get it there... then she tried the inside of my right elbow and couldnt get it there by then I was like give me the needle I will do it... and then she finally got the inside of my right elbow... soo now im all bruised up everywhere. So then they gave me some saline solution to delute my blood and gave me insulin through the IV... which helped and i was able to go at 2 in the morning... I was so out of it and I was lucky my roommate stayed with me the whole time she said I was saying some pretty interesting things. the moral of the story is that thats the last time I ever want to be in the hospital it was very painful.
